" ..Twenty one years, eight labels, and thirty four singles, eight albums, millions of record sold. Not bad for an independent artists and songwriter whose claim to fame comes primarily from a world with virtually no radio play, no videos .."

Particle - Launchpad (2004)

This was posted at The Sky Move Sideways, but the link has gone. Arguably the hottest jam-band around, Launchpad is the studio debut album from the road veteran - Particle. "The album captures the band's indescribable all-instrumental concert vibe -- "space-porn" as they call it -- in a more controlled environment. Co-producer Tom Rothrock (Beck, Foo Fighters) slims down the band's tendencies for extended improvisation -- somewhat -- but keeps the juices flowing on an album that works apart from the trippy visuals and audience participation that enhance the band's notoriously long five-hour performances."

Eggnoise - What A World (2003)

Eggnoise was formed around 1994 as a band largely influenced by the Seattle wave. They then evolved to a jazzier sound, adding more instruments to the band and passing through such styles as grunge, punk, rock, jazz and pop. What A World is their debut album released in 2003.
