Debut release by guitarist George Pajon Jr., "Fried Plaintains," fuses the sounds of jazz, funk, blues, and rock with special guests including Hammond player Robert Walter (Greyboy All-Stars), Fred Wesley (James Brown, JB Horns) drummer Mike Clark (Herbie Hancock, The Headhunters), and percussionist Chuck Prada.

  3. Dear Boys, My ears are just catching up with this one as I write - REALLY interesting blend of the styles you mention in the write up but with really unexpected twists and turns in the mix of those styles and development of the tune -"Smoke and mirrors" is a good example, I think.
